Havas Group's Chief Communications Officer Lorella Gessa launches Dare! Online.

"Dare Magazine! has grown into something more powerful than we could have ever envisioned when the project began"

Dare! Online is the continuation of Dare! Magazine and is a content platform which will be continuously updated. It will feature interviews from people making an impact within our organization, explore the creative process behind Havas’ most successful campaigns, delve into the minds of the Group’s most captivating leaders, reveal precious and fresh data from our insights and shine a light on our vital CSR mission. To make sure you keep in the know, you will receive the highlights in the Dare! Newsletter twice a month.

Why did we feel the need to expand Dare! Magazine with the creation of an online content hub?

Firstly, because Dare! Magazine has grown into something more powerful than we could have ever envisioned when the project began. Every week, my team and I receive emails from communications teams across Havas, asking us to highlight superb campaigns, incredible talent, progressive ideas and village culture in the magazine. It has become an increasingly difficult editorial task to choose what features in each issue of Dare!  because of the influx of stellar content that pours into our inboxes. At the same time, we were in the process of reimagining Download, the digital content hub that so many people across Havas have contributed their creativity and voices to over the years. Leveraging off Dare!’s success, we decided to create a powerful hybrid of both projects, Dare! Online, a new digital platform which will showcase the articles we cannot possibly fit into each bursting biannual magazine and connect our network with fresh content each week.

"Dare! Online will further support our desire to bond our global network even tighter through shared creativity"

Secondly, to continue to embody our positioning and share best practices as often as possible with all Group employees and the stakeholders interested in what we do. Dare! was originally born to creatively illustrate how we, at Havas, make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses and people.

So, the time has come to launch Dare! Online. This platform will operate in tandem with the magazine and share its unique vibe and vision.

I hope that Dare! Online  will further support our desire to bond our global network even tighter through shared creativity. It is our goal that the magazine and the website will continue to showcase internally and externally our drive to make a meaningful difference where it matters most.

We need each and every one of you to constantly improve our communications and the reputation of our company.  Thank you for supporting Dare! Online and allowing our idea to shine.

If you have something exciting to feature within Dare! or Dare Online! Please email susan.christie@havas.com and patricia.murphy@havas.com for consideration.
