BETC/HAVAS’ Erh Ray picks his top 5
BETC/Havas / The 9’58 Biography
This idea is not only great because of its insight, but also for its execution in a very crafted way. Each page of the book was thought through in detail and was carefully designed to tell not only the Usain Bolt story, but also to build a very beautiful printed biographical book. And of course, handing it to Usain so he could flip through the book with his own hands at a Puma event was a goal!
Kausa Havas Paraguay / Anti-Dengue Bottle
Simplicity is usually the key to genius ideas like this one. Using the typical beer label to promote awareness on mosquito-diseases prevention was simple yet unexpected. It’s also amazing that millions of bottles were modified, making it a real mass activation in Paraguay.
HOY by Havas / My Name
Two things make this idea sparkle: first, its approach toward such an important subject as gender equality in the corporate environment; and second, its gorgeous and well-crafted execution (this film could be watched on a movie screen). Its insight in bringing John to tell this story was a bold move from HOY and Forbes.
BETC/Havas / The Youngest Candidate #EQUALPAY
Creating projects that bring purpose is more important for us each and every day. This idea not only raises awareness for the gender gap in wages but also brings that “surprise” fact that works really well for an ad piece.
HOY by Havas / Inclusion Profiles
Inclusion Profiles not only actually helped people get to interviews and find their jobs, but also had a huge PR effect in Argentina–it helped to raise an important discussion and also told us this story in a very beautiful film.
