This October, Fortune honored Havas Health & You as one of the 2022 Best Workplaces in Advertising & Marketing™. This is the company’s first time being named to this prestigious list, and speaks to its commitment to its culture, talent, and Human Purpose. We spoke with HH&Y Global Marketing Director Brooke Battista, who led the submission process, to hear more about the certification and what it means for the network.

Why did you decide to pursue certification from Fortune?

Fortune is an industry giant – hugely recognizable across cultures, industries, and ages. Receiving an award affiliated with such an entity is an extra-special win for our network and people. It solidifies our place in the market, showcases that our employees love working here, and reiterates to our clients that we deliver high-quality work year after year.

Can you talk about the process of receiving it?

Out of the thousands of workplaces certified as Great Places to Work, HH&Y was examined alongside other organizations within the advertising and marketing industry. Out of these organizations, HH&Y was chosen as one of the 100 Best Workplaces in Advertising and Marketing by Fortune.

What were some of the notable results from the survey?

We were chosen for this award based on our Great Place to Work results from the 2022 certification process – from those, 80% of Havas Health & You employees said the company is a great place to work – a number that is 23 points higher than the average U.S. company. We’re so proud of that number!

What does getting the certification mean for the network?

Out of the 9,000 Great Place to Work certified companies, 100 were selected with great care and consideration as Best Places to Work within Advertising & Marketing. So, out of thousands of the certified advertising and marketing workplaces, HH&Y is a top workplace within that. To put it simply – we are the best of the best!

Havas Health& You has received a number of workplace awards in the last year – what do you attribute this to?

Our people! People genuinely like each other at HH&Y, leading to a more productive and collaborative culture. You see folks of all ages working here – and people who have been here for decades. HH&Y has a super special work environment; awards like this showcase just that.
