As the Ukraine crisis continues to unfold, Havas Group has committed to supporting our Ukrainian employees and their families through these trying times. Now, our agency in Ukraine has found a new way to support their communities – by developing an agency that gives all profits to employees and their families. Learn more from Havas Village Ukraine CEO, Nataliya Morozova, about how you can support and why this is so important.
Can you tell us more about Havas Village Ukraine in Exile? What does it entail?
Until 24 February 2022, we were – and we still are! – one of the top advertising groups in the Ukrainian market. Our group is a brand accelerator that boosts brands through creative ideas and solutions, high profile media channels and innovation. We’re comprised of 178 employees, work with over 100 international and local clients, have 27 years of experience, have won over 50 advertising awards, and pursue 2500+ projects annually.
Yet our lives changed in just one day.
Now, in order to support our employees and their families, we have launched a cloud agency called Havas Village Ukraine in Exile – an agency with a profound expertise in creative, media, PR, digital, health and innovation.
Havas Village Ukraine in Exile is a business dedicated to social good – all profits go to employees to give them the relief they need and support their families during these dark days.
How did you come up with this idea?
On literally the third day of the war in our country, it became clear that our business had almost completely stopped and that we needed to come up with a new business model for operating our Group – the main goal of which was to support our team and their families in these difficult times. This is how this agency was born, and we know it will become a reliable and trusted partner for the whole Havas family all around the world.
Now our Ukrainian colleagues are all in different countries, in different cities and different places, but we remain a close-knit team and we are top specialists with a great desire to continue our work and do what we do best – boost brands in a rapidly changing world.
